Made From Scratch Pumpkin Hand Pies Revised
PIE DOUGH, PUMPKIN PIE FILLING, and a VANILLA GLAZE with an EGG WASH is what makes these yummy!!! Denay over at Confetti and Bliss has thee orignal recipe for these but for me.. i like shortbuts lol
So for the PIE DOUGH I used the box of refrigerated pie crust you can buy.
For the middle PUMPKIN PIE FILLING of course I used Libby's Pumpkin Pie filling and added a bit of pumpkin spice for extra kick
and for the VANILLA GLAZE...Well I had to create that myself :)
