1 Angel food cake, baked
3 cup Whipping cream
6 Tablespoon Confectioners sugar
1 pint Fresh strawberries
1 8 oz. can Crushed pineapple
1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
Oven Temp ~ 350° Baking Time ~ 1 Hour & 15 Min. Pan Type ~ 10 inch tube pan
1. Take an Angel Food cake, baked or bought, and cut off about 1/2 inch from top.
Set aside for later use. Then cut out the middle leaving a shell of about 1 inch thickness all around.
2. Whip together whipping cream and confectioners sugar. Take 1/2 of the whipped cream and set aside for the frosting. Save 6 prize berries for top of cake.
3. Slice remaining berries.
4. To the other half of the whipped cream, add the sliced berries, the well drained pineapple, 1/2 cup mini marshmallows. Mix well, spoon mixture into the cake shell.
5. Cover with the saved angel food cake top and frost with the remaining whipped cream.
6. Top with the 6 whole berries.
Chill 8 to 12 hours for best results.
