 Oh My Goodness These are to die for! Hungry for Banana Bread but not ready for that whole loaf... Being single here and only wanting a taste of some "banana goodness" I came across this recipe for Cookies... and they are terrific. Plus I get to freeze the rest and enjoy later on! Cheater's Version Recipe by Cheeky Kitchen :: Ingredients ::
1 box Spice Cake Mix ( or Yellow Cake)
2 very ripe bananas
1 can Betty Crocker Rich and Creamy Vanilla Frosting
optional: dried bananas for garnish
:: Directions ::
1 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a stand mixer or large bowl, beat together the cake mix, bananas, and 1 tablespoon of the vanilla frosting until well mixed.
2 - Spoon batter by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 8-12 minutes, or just until the cookies set. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet and transferring to cooling rack. |
