SOFT CHEWY PEPPERMINT BROWNIE COOKIES :: Ingredients :: 2/3 cup butter 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 T. water 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. cocoa 1/2 t. salt 1/4 tsp. baking soda 2 c. Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips ::Directions :: Cream butter, sugar, water, and vanilla. Blend in eggs. Stir together dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in baking chips Drop by rounded tablespoons on an ungreased sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove to cooling racks. Makes 3 dozen. Variations to Chewy Brownie Cookies as a base and then swapped a few things, so I’m going to send you to that post for the full recipe.
